We only collect the information you choose to share, use it solely to respond to your enquiry, keep it secure, and never sell it. You can ask to see, correct, or delete it at any time.

01

Our approach to privacy

This policy explains what information BOVLA collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain language because a privacy policy you can't understand isn't really protecting anyone.

The short version: we only ask for what we need to talk to you about your project, we keep it secure, and we never sell it.

02

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us — nothing more. When you reach out through a contact form, that typically includes:

  • Your name and the name of your business
  • Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
  • The services you're interested in
  • Any message, context, or notes you decide to share

We may also collect basic, anonymous usage data through cookies, as described in our Cookies Policy.

03

How we use it

Everything we collect is used for a clear, limited set of purposes:

  • To reply to your enquiry and understand what you're looking for
  • To prepare a proposal or a free preview where it's relevant
  • To communicate with you about a project you've asked us about

We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we don't use your details for anything unrelated to the conversation you started.

04

How we store and protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your information safe from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We hold on to it only for as long as it's needed for the purpose you gave it to us — and when it's no longer needed, we remove it.

05

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, full stop. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, tools we use to store enquiries or send email — and only to the extent they need it to do their job on our behalf.

Those providers are bound by confidentiality and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.

06

Your rights

The information is yours, and you stay in control of it. You can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date
  • Delete your information where we no longer need it

To make any of these requests, just contact us — we'll respond promptly and without making it difficult.

07

Cookies

This site uses cookies to function and to help us understand how it's used. The full detail lives in our Cookies Policy, which is worth a read alongside this page.

08

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. When we do, the revision date at the top will reflect it, so this page always describes how we handle your information today.
